“Put a bit of the prairie back at home” at Grand Prairie Friends Annual Native Plant Sale, Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 8am-1pm Inside Lincoln Square Mall, Urbana, IL.
There will be a wide selection of plants native to central Illinois at reasonable prices. Native plants beautify your home landscape, reduce maintenance, and provide important sources of nectar and food for native insects and other wildlife.
Grand Prairie Friends volunteers will be available to help select plants suitable for your needs.
Since 1994, Grand Prairie Friends (GPF) has been selling plants indigenous to the tallgrass prairie of east-central Illinois. Proceeds benefit the conservation and management of local prairie and woodland natural areas.
